Molaa's Women's Day Festival

Celebrate the lives and artistic accomplishments of women at MOLAA’s annual Women’s Day Festival on Sunday, March 7, 2010 from 12-4 p.m.

This event is FREE and open to the public due to a generous grant from TARGET.

12-1:30 p.m. Screening of the documentary Who Does She Think She Is? by Pamela Tanner Boll. (Balboa Events Center)

1-3 p.m. Art Workshop (Art Studio)

1:30-3 p.m. A panel of women artists from the Los Angeles area discuss the issues presented in the film, Who Does She Think She Is?(Balboa Events Center)

Panelists include: Maria Guadalupe Torres, Sonia Romero, Carolyn Castano and Margaret Garcia.

Moderated by Gabriela Martinez.

3:15-4 p.m. Performance by Mariachi Queens Ellas Son !!! (Balboa Events Center)
